The 4 letter word.... M O L D

Mold does not have to be a forbidden four letter word. Mold is only scary when not treated properly or by a professional. In this situation SERVPRO was not called out for mold we were originally on scene for a standard water damage. During the assessment phase of our process we did in fact identify mold in this home. The homeowner was immediately notified and insurance company contacted. Once approvals were received SERVPRO acted immediately to begin the remediation process. In no time at all the mold was contained, treated and was GONE! This homeowner had piece of mind knowing that this was treated properly, quickly and by professionals.
