Basement Flooding

A rain storm can cause MAJOR damage in a basement when the sump pump backs up! Your Sump Pump should be checked regularly to ensure there is nothing blocking the drainage. 

In this situation the ENTIRE basement flooded and flooring (Carpet, laminate, tile and wood base), walls and furniture. 

SERVPRO arrived on scene, extracted the water and began the drying process. Over the next few weeks SERVPRO monitored the drying, removed what was unsalvageable and worked to get this family back to normal.  It is always important to make sure that proper drying is completed even on the biggest jobs to help eliminate the possibility of mold growth.
